Cheetah babies, Part 3

The impressive shots of only a few weeks old cheetah babies. The first photo is for me personally, the most impressive photo. In respect to these animals, all close up pictures are taken from a distance with extrem long lenses ( Canon 800 mm, some with add. 1.4 converter, on Canon EOS 1D IV with 1.3 magnification crop).

Photographic Cheetahs' Speed

Stop the poaching of elephants in the Serengeti - Masai Mara ecosystem!

Elephants in 2009 43,552 and 2007 74,900 at the Selous Game Reserve (Tanzania) and Mikumi National Park (Tanzania). Conservationists estimate Tanzania has a total elephant population of between 110,000 and 140,000, making it one of the largest sanctuaries in Africa.

The number of elephants in two wildlife sanctuaries in Tanzania has fallen by nearly 42 percent in just three years, a census showed on Tuesday, as poachers increasingly killed the animals for their tusks.
